Returns
We want you to love your order, but if you’re not completely happy, you can return your items to us quickly and easily.
Returns Policy
You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Return an Item
To start a return, follow these simple steps:
- Log into your account and visit the ‘Order History’ section
- Select the item(s) you wish to return
- Print your returns label and returns note
- Package your items securely with the returns note inside
- Attach the returns label to the outside of your package
- Drop your package at any Post Office or designated drop-off point
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and it passes our quality check, we’ll process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be credited to your account.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns within the UK, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty. We provide discounted return labels through our returns portal.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our Customer Care team within 28 days of receipt. We’ll arrange a free return and provide a full refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of face masks, underwear, swimwear, or pierced jewellery unless faulty. All sale items are final purchase.
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Return Status
You can check the status of your return at any time by logging into your account and visiting the ‘Returns’ section.
