We want you to get your order as quickly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery options and timescales.
Delivery Options
We offer several delivery options to suit your needs:
- Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days): Our free and reliable delivery service.
- Express Delivery (2-3 Working Days): A faster service for when you need your items sooner.
- Next Day Delivery (Order by 11pm): For when you need your items urgently. A fee applies.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and commence from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed. We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
How Much Does Delivery Cost?
Delivery costs depend on the service you choose and the value of your order. Standard Delivery is free on all orders. Express and Next Day delivery services carry a charge, which will be clearly displayed at the checkout before you complete your purchase.
Where Do We Deliver?
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your parcel’s journey on our website or the courier’s site.
Failed Deliveries
If you are not home when our delivery partner attempts to deliver, they will usually leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch, which may incur an additional charge.
Missing Parcels
If your tracking information shows your order has been delivered but you cannot find it, please first check with neighbours and your safe place. If you still cannot locate it, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.
